Comfy Cozy lamb blanket Jul 30, 2010

UPDATE: My daughter is now 10 months old and has grown quite attached to this lamb blanket. She sleeps so well when she has her lamb blanket to cuddle with and it has been very helpful in teaching her to self soothe. (For safe sleeping, we take it out of her crib once she has fallen asleep.)

This lamb is my son's lovey. He sleeps with it every night, it travels with us, and is played with around the house. Although he received it as a present at birth, he became quite attached at about 16 months to it, and it has been his companion since. He's now five.
Washing it is a delicate thing. It only gets occasional baths in the washer, and then in a pillow case on delicate/handwash. With this careful treatment, it is not yet showing wear on the satin paws, which seems to be the first place of wear due to washing.
We give these "comfy cozys" as baby shower gifts now that we know how great they are. There are so many to choose from. I highly recommend these.

This is the most wonderful product! The lamb face is darling, and the softness of the toy makes it perfect for a newborn.

Got this as a gift when my daughter was born. She is now two and 'Lamby' is her lovey! Easily used as a pillow, blanket, or just to cuddle and dance with, this comfy guy serves its purpose.
It's also very durable as it's been through the wash and dryer numerous times. It's recommended hand wash/air dry, but when somebody is this important to a little one, you can't always wait for it to air dry!

My daughter, now 4, received this as a gift when she was born. It became her comfort toy, and she is never ever without it. It's soft and cute and can be a stuffed animal or pillow or blanket, and it's all of these for her. It held up pretty well through multiple washings, but we finally needed a new one.
