We found our first Dreyfus on a trip to NYC -- our puppy, Woody, was with us and fell in love with the Dreyfus dogs at the toy store. When we took one up to the counter, the cashier charged us for two because Woody looked just like him! Then Woody moved... :-) Anyway, Dreyfus has been Woody's constant litter mate ever since. He's a great fluffy dog -- and very huggable, despite what a previous poster wrote...

Cute, cuddly, soft, and adorable--everything a stuffed toy should be! Felt so sorry for Dreyfus after reading the previous review that I had to save him!!! My little nephew enjoys playing with him when he visits. In the meantime, Dreyfus looks sweet waiting for his buddy to come over and play.

We LOVE our puppy (Dreyfus). This is an absolutely adorable, life-like, soft, and cuddly baby and has become a favorite in our home. We actually cannot imagine not having this addition to our pet collection. Dreyfus has won our hearts completely, so much so that we gave one as a gift to someone who feels as thrilled as we do. A puppy bed and puppy toys soon followed -- this is how realistic Dreyfus is. Floppy lovable dog.

I thought this was the cutest dog online. Couldn't wait to give it to my niece for Christmas. Opened the package and it felt like a rough shag rug and looked like a matted down mutt. There is no way I'm giving this as a gift. It's going back. This is neither lovable or huggable...not at all Gund quality.

I was so excited to receive this, but after it came in, I was very disappointed. It came in a clear plastic bag and the dog was all mangled. I opened it up and the hair was not soft. It was somewhat curly and there is no way it looked like the picture shown. It looked used and old and like a dog you find on the streets. I'm not sure what happened, but I am returning it.
