our daughter is obsessed with this puppy. she must sleep with it every night and carries it with her throughout the day. feeds it. diapers it. straps it in her high chair, etc... we have every size and color of "spunky"--and backups. but once she found "soft little puppy" that was it. on here to buy a "back up." other reviewer is judging the toy based on the fact that it isn't as straight and silky as spunky but it is absolutely soft and cuddly.

This puppy is cute but not as cute as the picture. It is not what you expect from Gund. It is stuffed so that it's quite firm and not cuddly soft. I sent it back.
