I bought this as a gift for an elder woman who was diagnose as termly ill. I had first purchased Ragged Ann. My friend asked me where's Andy? Soon afterwards I had bought Andy to go with Ann. And now they both are giving her something to smile about.

Another "old" toy that is still GREAT for kids today. had gotten the 30+ inch one for an older grandson who takes it everywhere and calls Andy his friend. He also goes to Andy for comfort during a time out, explaining what he did wrong and thanking Andy for sitting in timeout with him.
