Ernie Doll Nov 09, 2006
By V. Mcfadden Great doll for kids who love Ernie. My two year old daughter goes everywhere with it. Just the right size too.

A smidge over priced, but a great toy for my 2 yr. old Apr 18, 2010
By jwh My daughter LOVES Ernie so we got this for her 2nd birthday. Since yesterday when it arrived she has been playing with it nonstop. She even took it to bed with her, tucked it under the covers with her and shared her pacifier with him! She told Mommy and Daddy she wanted him to be "cozy"!! The fabric is quite soft, so I can understand why she wanted him to snuggle with her! My daughter would probably give this 5 stars, but I gave it 4 because almost $20 bucks for an 11 inch Ernie seems a bit overpriced. The durability seems to be standing up to our 100 lb Chocolate Lab too. He had to iniate Ernie into the house with a little chewing. OOOps. But Ernie has pulled through with flying colors! All in all, I recomend this to any Family that loves Ernie as much as we do.

Gund Ernie Doll Apr 18, 2010
By M. Stafford Wanted a Gund doll for a baby boy. No loose parts, good for infants and up. The doll's hair is nice and tickley and something the baby can grab. Only surface washable. Would be nice if machine washable.
A Grandmother's perspective Jan 03, 2012
By Jaymar This toy, along with a Bert doll, was a Christmas gift for my 23 month old granddaughter who is a big Sesame Street fan. She was delighted when she opened the package, and danced around the room with her Bert and Ernie clutched in her arms. She also got a toy stroller and a baby doll. Bert and Ernie got equal time taking rides in the stroller with "baby". I was pleased with the quality of the dolls and their faithfulness to the TV images, and would certainly recommend them to other Sesame Street fans. I used to be a big Sesame Street fan myself when my children were little and was disappointed when they outgrew the program. As a matter of fact, "Bert" and "Ernie" sat on my sofa keeping me company while watching TV and awaiting their presentation to my granddaughter on Christmas morning. (I was sorry to part with them!)
She Loves It!! Nov 18, 2011
By MrsLaVallie My youngest, 18 months, has only been exposed to Sesame Street classic videos circa 1980s and earlier through DVD and youtube. She LOVES Sesame Street, the same way I loved it growing up. I won't even get into how I feel about the modern "Street."
When I opened the box (which I'll add, was delivered WAY before it's expected delivery date...very quick!) she just about had a fit and was shouting "Ernie! Ernie!" She hasn't let him out of her sight since. He has gone to the store with us, for walks with us, etc...she just loves him. He's the perfect size for her to hold with one arm or hand, to sit in her lap, etc.
Some reviews have said something about him not being cuddly...personally, I think he's just right. He's soft and lovable...just right.
