a classic for good reason May 19, 2008
I got this toy because it contains so many opportunities for sensory learning. Each segment is a different bright color and makes a different sound (activated when you or your child squeezes or shakes it -- no dumbed down just push a button here) and it feels soft (made of velour). I got it when my daughter was 3 months old but I would say she didn't really fall in love with it until about five months. A great value.

a good quiet toy Nov 02, 2007
We initially got this toy for our daughter based on the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio rating. I think it was too big for her at first, but now (she's eight months old) she loves it. She rediscovered it a month or so ago and loves picking at the antennae as well as squeezing and shaking it to get the various sounds. It's also nice because the sounds aren't obnoxious....
Best sleeping toy Aug 31, 2007
I received one as a hand-me down and ordered a second one just for day care. This is the best sleeping toy - my son just cuddles it up in his arms!

Excellent toy May 08, 2007
I actually bought this toy for my 3 month old puppy (as he was bored of most dog toys). He is now four months and this is still his favorite toy. Needless to say this attests to the toy's durability (for babies). Great how its washable, too.
Hard to Find Jan 09, 2007
I was glad to finally find this toy. Thank you for carring some of these hard to find toys that are not always available in your local baby store.
