Instructions:
1) Contact us (see contact methods below) for a Return Authorization Number. We will respond to your request usually within 1 working day.
2) Enter the Return Authorization number and make sure everything is filled out completely.
3) Send us the product along with the return form via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS Priority Mail (with delivery confirmation and insurance). We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered return shipments.
4) Once we receive your return, we will credit the amount back to the credit card in which you made your original purchase. (Unless there is a mistake on our end, credit amount does not include original shipping charges. For orders with free shipping, there will be an 7.95 restocking fee deducted from the total amount credited.)
