If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the products within thirty (30) days of receipt for a refund or exchange for the items(s). Refund or exchange credit excludes original shipping and packaging fees* and you are responsible for shipping fees on the return shipment. All returned items must still be in their original selling condition with all original tags attached.

Holiday Extended Return. Purchases made from 11/01/2007 can be returned until 1/15/2008.

*For orders with free shipping, there will be a $6.95 shipping, handling, restocking fee deducted from the total amount credited.

Special orders may be returned but a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted.

Exchanges:
1) Contact us for an Exchange Authorization Number.
2) Print and fill out the Exchange Form.
3) Pack and send us the product via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS Priority Mail. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdelivered return shipments. Delivery confirmation and insurance is highly recommended.
4) We will charge you the difference (if any) plus $6.95 standard shipping for the new items

Returns:
